About
Dr. Kanhaiya Jee, PhD is
an experienced Professor of Anatomy at Dr. K.N. Singh Memorial Institute of
Medical Sciences (Dr KNS MIMS), Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. He has over a decade
of teaching experience in medical education, having served as Tutor, Assistant
Professor, and Associate Professor in the Department of Anatomy. He is actively
engaged in teaching MBBS undergraduate students, as well as Nursing and DMLT
programs, following the latest NMC-prescribed curriculum.
Dr. Jee earned his PhD
in Medical Anatomy from Santosh Deemed to be University, Ghaziabad, and his MSc
in Medical Anatomy from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. His academic
interests strongly align with clinical anatomy, radiological anatomy,
morphometric studies, neuroanatomy, and anatomical variations, with direct
relevance to clinical practice.
He has authored multiple
research publications in PubMed-, Scopus-, and Embase-indexed international
journals, reflecting his commitment to evidence-based research. His published
work includes studies on cervical canal stenosis, facet joint arthrosis, dry
bone morphometry, placental morphology, obesity-related cardiovascular indices,
and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Dr. Jee has successfully
completed formal training in Biomedical Research (ICMR-BCBR) and Medical
Education Technologies, including AETCOM and Curriculum Implementation Support
Program (CISP) conducted by King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. He is a Life
Member of the Anatomical Society of India and actively participates in academic
and professional development activities.
